Cylinder boring, piston and top end kits. Top End Kits Take the guess
work out of rebuilding your top end.
Everything you need to rebuild your Seadoo top end. Full Bore top end kits are returned to you with everything needed for your top end rebuild, including Your cylinders bored (We only bore as large as needed to clean up the bore) up to 0.040" (1mm) oversize. pistons, rings, pins, bearings, circlips, head gasket, base gasket, and exhaust gaskets. All work is guaranteed!!! After we receive your cylinders we will inspect them and determine what oversize pistons it will take to make the cylinders straight (usually 1st or 2nd over) then bore your cylinders on a boring bar, final sized with a rigid hone. The ports are chamfered in a 3 stage process to ease the rings back in, including a final hone to extend engine life, and improves performance. The kit is returned to you with everything needed for your top end rebuild No more trips home from the machine shop without your cylinders because the pistons weren't big enough to clean it up. Let alone the fact you have to send those pistons back and order another set. We keep it simple and offer solutions for your top end rebuild and get you back on the water. All cylinder work is done here at Full Bore. If you send your old piston we can usually tell you what caused the failure so you can keep this from happening again. .If your cylinders are already 0.040" (1mm) over, or need to go larger to clean up, the purchase of Wiseco or Pro X upgrade would be required or cylinder resleeving. Boring a cylinder needs attention to detail, if it is going to be done right. Here at Full Bore we take every precaution to make sure it is right and will custom size to what your needs are. Our strict quality control policy ensures specifications will be met. The cylinder is bored, sized, and followed by a three stage chamfer to ease the rings back in and increase engine life, and final hone for the proper cross hatch.

Everything from simply resleeveing your cylinder and resizing back to standard bore starting at $150 to complete resleeve kits that includes everything needed to reassemble. For cylinder resleeving please check out our resleeve page here If you already purchased a Full Bore top end kit and your cylinder needs a new sleeve we will replace the sleeve parts and labor for an additional $100. Common Sea Doo and Yamaha standard bore cylinder measurements. 4th oversize is 1mm (0.040") larger then standard bore. Sea doo - 580 is 76mm, 650 is 78mm, 720 and 800 are 82mm and the 951 is 88mm.
